Our Professional hard anodised shallow casseroles are so flexible when you are cooking large enough to boil family quantities of potatoes or pasta great for stews curries and soups but equally capable of roasting baking or sauting as they are suitable for use both on the stove-top and in the oven up to 500 degrees F. Boasting generously sized pans to cater for batch cooking and entertaining larger numbers they are constructed from durable heavy gauge aluminum which is anodised inside and out then coated with superb commercial quality ProCook Ultra Plus triple layer non-stick lining for the ultimate in non-stick fat free or low fat cooking without sticking or burning. An 11" shallow casserole with sturdily riveted steel handles plus self-basting tempered glass lid to seal in juices and flavor whilst allowing for easy viewing the contents. Our anodized aluminum casseroles are shallow enough to allow additional items to fit into the oven at the same time. Available in two sizes: 9.5" with 3.8qt capacity and 11" with 6.6qt capacity.
