Our Professional hard anodised saute pan is crafted from durable heavy gauge aluminum for the ultimate in even heat conductivity anodised inside and out and finished with the benefit of our superb ProCook Ultra Plus triple layer non-stick coating making it ideal for cooking with little or no fat without worry of sticking or burning. With a long vented stainless steel handle plus an extra riveted helper handle to assist when lifting it is generously sized at 11" (4.5qt capacity) to cater for family sized meals. Oven proof to 500 degrees F it comes complete with a tempered glass self basting lid to seal in juices and flavor whilst allowing for viewing the contents.
